Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using AgentPay (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

AgentPay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Reverse-engineer or copy Service code
• Interfere with Service operation or security
• Spam or abuse API endpoints
• Use the Service for money laundering or sanctions evasion

3. Payment Terms

AgentPay operates on an HTTP 402 Payment Required basis:

• All agent executions require valid USDC or native token payment
• Payments are non-refundable once verified on-chain
• AgentPay retains 2% of all transactions as a platform fee
• Users are responsible for transaction fees on their respective blockchains

4. Agent Execution

Users acknowledge that:

• Agent execution results are provided "as-is" without warranty
• AgentPay is not responsible for trading losses or poor agent decisions
• Agents are third-party software and may have bugs or limitations
• Users should validate all outputs before using them

5. Blockchain and Cryptocurrency

Users understand and acknowledge:

• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
• Wallet security is the user's responsibility
• Private key compromise is the user's liability
• AgentPay never stores or has access to private keys
• Market volatility can result in significant losses

6. Supported Chains

AgentPay currently supports payments on:

• Solana (SOL/USDC)
• Stellar (XLM/USDC)
• Hedera (HBAR/USDC)
• Cardano (ADA/USDC)

Other chains may be added in the future at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTPAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AGENTPAY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Termination

AgentPay reserves the right to terminate access to the Service for users who violate these terms or engage in unlawful activity.

10. Changes to Terms

AgentPay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
